NEED:
Air Quality upgrades (filters, UV systems, energy savers, ventilation, humidity control, uniform heating, etc) are one of the most neglected upgrade options that people consider when building homes, despite the fact that fresh, clean and comfortable air effects the customer's comfort, health, and savings when they are at home. Part of this neglect is due to the complicated nature of the subject matter, as well as limited time and patience on behalf of the consumer when building a home. York Heating and Air Conditioning wanted a way to simplify the subject matter and present it to every consumer building a home in a fun and engaging manner.

SOLUTION:
Kionetics developed a series of kiosks located in design centers or model homes across the country for educating consumers before and while they were building their homes on the costs/benefits of air quality options. Kionetics has since rolled out dozens and dozens of these kiosks across the country for this very purpose. The results have been stagering, where in many cases kiosks pay for themselves within the first one or two customers who used them and added numerous air quality upgrades to their homes as a result.
